The Satori introduces a new living experience fueled the beauty of simplicity and "zen." By utilizing the art of Japanese design, vanguard architect Robert M. Scarano Jr. created a unique living experience using layers of textures and shapes to articulate the conceptual facade. Three unique addresses comprise 34 residences including studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms, all of which offer generous mezzanine storage spaces. A new building, fueled by nature and the simplicity, it provides to create unique residences originated -- to enhance, not interfere with -- life, in a marketplace awash in a sea of similarly-own singularity.
Opening in September 2008, Satori's developers sought a marketing solution that would reflect the eastern aesthetic of the building's facade. The wood-like structure is smooth and streamlined, marking a contrast beneath two white "smokestacks" with recessed, narrow, black elements that further accentuate the building's "high-tech" aesthetic. The "Eureka Moment" for this campaign came with the idea of telling Satori's story in Haiku.
Since it's development, Satori Condos has successfully closed all 34 units and it's designer, Robert Scarano has received an an Award of Merit from the American Institute of
Architects in Brooklyn, NY.
